1. Oversee installation & commissioning as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of utilities; plan & effectuate maintenance plans for machines and equipments. Conduct various tests & inspections to ensure that products developed are in compliance with pre-set technical specifications.2. Instrumental in quality assurance & maintaining quality reports, taking corrective actions for quality- related problems and break-down problems. 3. Develop validation protocols, validation of products & production scale technologies. Oversee production related tasks including planning, control, maintenance & trouble shooting. 4. Develop new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the machine shop.
