  Order Management:1. Receives Customer Po’s from Sales Team.2. Preparing Performa Invoice & acknowledgment to customer.3. Coordination with Customer, Project Team & Sales team for planning, execution of material availability.4. Preparing & sending purchase order to our Local & foreign suppliers.5. Enter/Lock Order in our Oracle based system for revenue recognition6. Preparing Reports, MIS as per the requirement of customer, Project Team, Sales Team.Supply Chain Management:1. Coordinating with our HQ, Local Supplier for availability of material and the lead times.2. Preparation/Arrangement of necessary documentation for movement of material to customer with cost effective and fastest ways.3. Updating of material status and availability to customer, Sales Team, Project Team on regular basis.4. Responsible for preparing Regional Report/MIS & Process for inventory management, reduction, reconciliation.Logistics:1. Coordinating with warehouse, Supplier for despatch of material as per the customer order and maintain proper packing of material as per customer preferences.2. Preparation/Arrangement of waybill, Forms required for hassle free movement of goods to customer warehouse without any implications.3. Coordinating with the CHA, Transporter for updates on shipment status- movement, landing, clearance, local transportation.4. Arrangement of People Logistics – for project requirement which includes movement of our engineers to different site locations PAN India.Transportation & Warehousing:1. Negotiation & finalization of rates for primary & secondary transportation , Warehouse Agency, Taxi Services, Material Supplier for All India basis.2. Preparation, Finalization & renewals of Agreements with Transporter, Warehouse Agency, Taxi Vendors, Suppliers on regular basis.
