Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries & Co-ordination with logistics.Contract Management: Finalization and execution of work orders/Contracts for manpower supply and installation/erection activities of various projects.Expediting: Expediting the orders to get the timely delivery, keeping a close watch on complete manufacturing process at vendor’s place like design approval, raw material purchase, Manufacturing, inspection, packing and dispatch. Co-ordination with Vendor, internal Project & engineering team to resolve issues and get the desired results. ISO: Responsible for ISO for procurement department. This includes Vendor registration, Vendor evaluation and approval, Preparation of Vendor performance/ Vendor rating, De-listing of vendors based on their performance, strategic vendor identification & its re evaluation.Team Management: Managing the team of procurement resources, managing KRA, helping and guiding the team to address any issue. Cash flow improvement by improving the payment terms.
