DGM – P&C in E&P division and was reporting to Senior Vice President Supply Chain.During 14 years stint at Reliance, I got opportunity to led and work on many projects as elaborated below in brief.• KGD6 Natural Gas Block Developmento Associated with KGD6 & MA field, for development of offshore exploration facility, setting up of gas receiving station at Gadimoga to process and pump the gas through the 48” East West Pipeline with the help of 9 Compressor stations located at suitable locations.o Responsible for coordination with Aker for offshore development facility & Bechtel for procurement of Bulk items, Specialty items, fire fighting systems, services and other equipment for gas receiving station. o Thereafter, was responsible for long term chartering of vessels for subsea intervention work, crude offloading contracts, subsea engineering contracts, contract administration of FPSO charter contract, contract administration of operation & maintenance contract etc. o Later on, was responsible for hiring of services for G&G activities for the various oil & gas blocks awarded to the company, like seismic data acquisition, data processing & data interpretation which are vital for the planning of exploration activities, its appraisal and subsequent development of the blocks.o Ensuring compliance to PSC procedures during procurement & contracting.o Coordinated with Joint Venture partners & Operating Committee members for procurement approvals.• Petroleum Retail OutletsSpearheaded Petroleum Retail Outlet Project during the development phase single handedly since its inception to the completion of pilot retail outlet which formulated the base for mega rollout.o During the development phase, Ordered many market research studies and acquire data across India which helped in finalization of strategic locations of retail outlets.

Senior Engineer and was reporting to Senior Manager – Vendor Development. Presently ABB India Ltd, is engaged in manufacturing of process control equipment used in process industry for automation.My responsibilities included:• Continuous vendor development & Import substitution through Indigenization of mechanical components used in process control equipment like machined components, traub components, pressure die castings, sheet metal fabrication, plastic & rubber products, labels, packaging material etc.• Responsible for 1st level inspection and quality check of components.• Time bound indigenization & development of components so as to bring down import cost.• Engagement & development of vendors for taking up manufacturing/fabrication of small quantity requirements which was a huge challenge.
