Job Description:-Preparation of shipping Pro-forma Invoice and PDA/FDA invoices of all Indian Ports & Terminals.Dealing with multiple banks for day to day banking activities.Bank account opening/closing, addition and deletions of authorized signatories etc.Checking RTGS/NEFT Transfer with Bank.Understanding Forex transactions and Do-diligence and banking compliance. Handling Inward/Outward Foreign Remittance and Dealing with the Banks.Vetting marine Insurance contracts and vendor management through KYC Compliance in co-ordination with the risk team.Co-Ordination with Port Office Authorities /Private third party vendors and Govt.Authorities.Handling Foreign Client & their daily business Queries Related shipping (Import/Export vessels).Handling Operations for Agri commodity & Oil commodity (Wheat, Fertilizers & Petrochemical).Responsible to handle all Trade contracts & Co-ordination with vendors.Drafting contracts related to sale of commodities like Wheat, Fertilizers & Petrochemical as per the governing terms and conditions.Closely coordinating with the Port/ Shippers/ Receivers / Customs for completing the necessary approvals & acceptance from the respective port terminals.Import/Export vessels (Loading/Discharging) Documentation for the smooth arrival/departure at respective ports/terminals.Obtaining timely Clearance/ acceptance of Vessels calling at Indian shipping Ports/Terminals.Managing cargo operation (Loading / Discharging) and keeping Owners / Charterers placed with the updates and movements.Handling Freight Tax applicable on all Export cargoes and obtaining necessary clearances from the Taxation authorities.
