• Monitor and govern risk management procedures and risk profiles across 47 countries in 3 regions (ASIA, AME, EA) as 2 LOD.• Ensure adherence to risk management policies, standards, and procedures by business process owners.• Prepare Region Risk Profiling (RRP) for 47 countries in 3 regions (ASIA, AME, EA) to identify hotspots and conduct impact analysis.• Implemented Technology Ripple twice a year in countries to prevent the repetition of audit failures in different locations.• Follow up with countries to close overdue items in CRISP, M7, PID, RRA, Metric, and other areas.• Roll out RCSA to countries as applicable, including the introduction of new KCI, KRI, CST, and RRA.• Make record amendments in the Risk Register (M7) as the Group Record Maker for countries.• Assist countries in achieving compliance with NFRR.• Participate in-country forums (CTRCF) with Country CIO/CTM/RM to discuss pending and overdue non-compliance issues, record monthly MOM, and work with countries to achieve closure.• Function as the Business Continuity and Risk Manager responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing Technology Risk, Business Resiliency & Crisis Management Programs, Disaster Recovery. • Manage database compliance, vulnerability management, and DAP (developer access to production) Risk & Control projects.• Serve as primary POC for IT Risk & Control countries matters for the 47 countries across, serving as second line of defence.• Collaborate with Technology to support internal and external audits and engage in risk-related regulatory activities.• Validate control measures, including RCSA, KRIs, control operation, test approaches, reviews, audits.• Administrate and maintain Bridge Page and SharePoint access to the T&I country repository.
