Domain: Order to Cash (Collections, Deductions and Billing) Responsibilities: Managing team of 27 employees for activities related to Credit and Collections to include the timely cash collection of customer accounts, minimising bad debts and ensuring contract compliance.  Overall responsible for A/R portfolio. Manage and motivate the A/R team ensuring overall team goals are met. Preparing and allocating portfolio of customer based on ageing and past dues to the team. Ensures that process of Order to Cash related to collections and dispute management is being followed by the team with proper documentations. Responsible for documenting Process maps/ SOP’s & Job Aids.  Timely and effective communication with internal departments like Sales, Billing, Data entry, Cash App & Branch for quick and effective resolution. Responsible for the overall performance of the team, appraisals, leaves, nominations for R&R, providing timely feedback & assisting them to improve on their identified training needs. Ensure right collaboration with the team members to meet the deliverables, motivate & help them to develop the process standards. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects).

- Managed team of 40+ employees for back office operations of F&A account.- Managed daily, weekly & monthly performance report and dashboards including billing and invoicing.- Planned staff as per the forecasted volume, validate and revise SLA's for the process to challenge capabilities within, eventually passing on the benefit to the client.- Foster P4P and R&R plans to boost process performance and recognize talent within the teams.- Identify potential opportunities to automate manual work through simple automation.

I am into US based process.As a team manager I have taken initiatives in driving leakage report, escalation and error reduction projects. I am also responsible for performance management, hiring best talent, migrations, managing adhoc projects, delegating responsibilities for grooming and upskilling people and keeping a close eye on it, managing process KPI's, reporting informations to client, handling escalations etc.
