 Lead the business development predominantly in focused OEM Segments.  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Achieve revenue, market share, and gross margin goals through voice-of-the-customer (VOC) based business assessment, Provides technical expertise and training to sales/channels. Prepare technical proposals, optimized BOM, price and presentations for prospective customers in alignment with sales. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Perform GAP analysis and needs assessments, and evaluations. Determine potential learning objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of channels and design online competency programs, tests/evaluations for Motion business. Responsible for New Product launches inside country in alignment with Motion line of Business, Local dynamics and competition.

 Responsible for business development for OEMs (Focus industries Printing , Packaging , Plastic , Textile). Work closely with Sales to provide technical support to select bill of material and system architecture. Co-ordinate with Germany for special prices approval for OEMs. Handle potential OEMs. Meeting New OEMs for product portfolio, system study, solution/application discussions. Plan and execute promotional activities for different OEMs. Competitor Analysis, Won-Loss Analysis, Market Analysis. Conduct Knowledge sharing sessions for colleagues, create application notes and publish technical articles in journals
