•To look after production welding line as per daily, weekly and monthly planning.•Weekly and monthly analysis of productivity, rework-rejection and improvement in productivity.•Departmental reviews & reporting to Production Manager.•Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve the set production target.•Daily stage area meeting with all welders and technicians and discuss about production target. To seek consensus for certain applications and in according to procedures.•Discuss with Manager when our team having any critical technical problem.•Arrange schedule for new/existing welders to be trained by senior or qualified welders for new processes.•Inform and arrange QA Department to qualify the welders for new welding processes.•Review before submission of weekly timesheet and process control traveller to immediate supervisor.•Communicate and coordinate with other departments/sections to ensure continuity of work process.•To reduce rework, rejection & sticking to ‘5S’.•Welding activities (MAG, TIG) as per European Standards.•Knowledge of WPS, PQR, WPQ etc.•Working with AutoCAD•Working in SAP environment.(PP Module)

•Production activities of Welded pipe fittings as per ASME B 16.9•Daily reviews with the supervisors and team according to production plan•Looking after whole dept. from Raw material receipt to Dispatch.•Co-ordination with Planning, QC, Marketing, Purchase•Achieving Weekly & Monthly targets as per planning.

•Production activities of Tubular Tower•Looking after welding activities MAG, SAW, SMAW.•Internal fit up of parts into tubular shell. (Cable clamps, Ladder supports, Platform, Door assemblies as per drawing)•Making Daily production report and reporting to Production manager•Attending UT/RT Repairs and offer to Internal Quality control•Taking Job clearance from Third party inspection agency (TATA PROJECT LTD.) with NDT clearance•Man power Handling (Approx. 30 nos/shift - Welders, Fitters & Grinders)
