Discuss with customer stakeholders to define Architecture Best Practices, Defining Standards, Policies, etc. Work with customer stakeholders to refine processes, enforce Security & Other governance controls. Ensure resources deployed on the cloud are configured consistently as per the prescribed best practices. Provide recommendations on the operating model, strategy for cloud adoption & governance framework. Design Azure Landing Zone in Hybrid Cloud environment based on best practices in Microsoft Cloud Adoption and Well-Architected Framework while adhering to Security & other Governance Controls. Conduct customer workshops and Technical Sessions as required for the project execution & delivery. Reviewing and Analyze the Discovery and Assessment Questionnaires to understand the application to be migrated.Understand the customer requirements by analyzing the information given in the questionnaires.Analyze the different reports related to performance, utilization and firewall for the application to be migrated.Discuss with app team and understand the application design, functionality, and tech stack of the application. Give recommendations regarding migration plan like modernization or optimization & migration strategy like re-platform or re-host based on the above discussions. Create Architecture Diagrams, Design documents, Deployment Guides, etc for the solution. Contribute to the solution development and testing activitiesDesign Azure DevOps environment and scripts using API & CLI to enable automated solution development and testing. Lead application handoff review with application team, to transition knowledge and prepare application owner to take ownership of application post migration to Azure Landing Zone environment. Own the application/landing zone env handover to customer Project Acceptance Testing team. Streamline technical and non-technical processes to ensure faster migrations to Azure.
