I've worked as FBA seller support consultant of Amazon for around 11 months, As a seller support consultant, I need to manage and manage external seller relations within Operations Department. Perform as functional bridge amongst external seller's as well as buyer'sHelp and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors. Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance. Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.After that, I switched to customer support for Amazon.co.uk. Here, I'm handling the queries of the Uk customers of Amazon with their order management. I've learned to handle the customer and understand their need. I can really understand that importance of the E-commerce websites in those countries. I can visualize the future retails industry of India. I'm happy that I'm going to be the part of this development.

Joined as a vendor coordinator, I've generated leads to add the seller in Bazzarworld E-commerce platform. I've got an idea to tap the seller in social media like Facebook, local whatsup groups... I used to contact the seller and explain the term and condition to become a seller on Bazzarworld. I've also helped the seller to upload their inventory and managing the seller account. I've implemented an idea to reduce the seller's effort in listing their product.

As a Technical support executive I have check the issue in the customer computer and provide a solution for that.
