Responsibilities:• Lead a team of Project Managers (performance management, staff development, succession planning, coaching). Also accountable for delivery of their portfolio of projects• Provide Technology/Content program/project management for Product and Content Technology initiatives• Manage all aspects of Program/Project life cycle to facilitate the successful delivery, as well as the metrics for reporting to the executive team on the business case ROI. • Proactively identify, analyze and recommend business systems/process solutions to management that have broad business impact. • Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble or provide input into the business case, including process improvement recommendations on quality, delivery, and cost• Negotiating and resolving conflicting change requests and changing priorities across customers/projects. • Establishing best practices (including standards and process) • Active partnership in the portfolio management process, providing high-level scoping, estimating and projections of initiatives. •Coaching and training others on project management skills and methodologies
