CurrentCITI (Jul 2022 – Till date)- Program Management Supervisor• TPM for Divestiture program (TW) - Exit from PBWMT and Migration to DBS.• Scrum master for Core bank application, participate at program level to align with the migration scope of all apps such as Cards, Wealth Management, Data, Digital, CMS, DWH, AML• Ensure the Agile playbook & governance processes are adhered to and tracked in PTS• Responsible for delivery of CBK Data conversion & functional enhancements - tracking demand fitment, grooming, sprint planning, architecture review approval, code drop, UAT testing, Biz sign-off, release checklist and change request for quarterly, monthly and off-releases.• As LD1 falls on mid month, I was responsible for planning and executing the dry batch runs for CBK, WM, Cards and DWH. Co-ordinate with App team, L1/L2 production support, L3 app support, Batch monitoring, Command centre, DBA,IAM, Infra, storage and capacity teams.SCB (Jul 2021 – Jun 2022)- Scrum Master• Scrum master for SCB’s strategic global transactions screening solution (TSaaS) implemented using Fircosoft. Objective of the program was to implement bank’s Internal Cybersecurity controls in the system to mitigate financial risk.• Transformed teams working in waterfall into Hybrid model, coached the teams on scrum values, processes and mindset, worked with PO to write effective user stories, enabled the teams to estimate using story points, breakdown stories to tasks, plan sprint backlog, ensure participation in scrum ceremonies and use JIRA for regular updates.• Oversaw 4 releases, during which the release timelines have reduced by 30%• Facilitated design & development discussions, integration, co-ordinated with infra for environment set up, QA closure review, provide support for production deployment & change-management.• Supported PMO to set up a project road map by creating Gantt charts, resource loading, budget forecast & Control.
