- Responsibilities on 6 brands marketed within mass retail companies' parapharmacies and key pharmaceutical accounts ;- Guarantee the reliability of reference files : order forms, assortments and innovation follow-up ;- Relationship with suppliers, providers, agencies and printers : management of tariffs and quotations ;- Organisation of event projects : trade fairs and seminars ;- Monitoring the advertising/promotion budget ;- Updating Trade plans in the dedicated plateform for sales representatives and customers ;- Providing campaign tools and ensure products' delivery to teams and customers ;- Participation in the 2024 solar campaign : development of marketing tools and supports for our customers to attract consumers in their pharmacy (Instagram posts, Facebook banners, flyers)

- Enrichment of the webshop : work on keywords, addition of products descriptive content and pictures, writing descriptive content for the catalogue, implementation of explanatory videos and product datasheets ;- Management of the webshop's new cross-sell functionality ;- Piloting a co-branded communication campaign ;- Coordination and relationship management with communication and graphic designer teams ;- Suggestions about the enhancement of the offer : product ranges and top sellers analysis ;- Catalog animation and content creation.

- Orders creation and referencing of suppliers and products ;- Relationships' management with countries and suppliers ;- Management and follow-up of reporting (KPIs);- Steering a seasonality study for specific product ranges ;- Passing on and training on projetcs and reporting.

- Welcoming customers, giving product advices, helping them to find the right product ;- Inventory and shop management : merchandising, restocking, inventory organization, receipt of packages ;- Management of the company's visibility and communication on social networks (Instagram) ;- Training on handling of the web site about the delivery of products to customers.
