In my current organization, I am primarily responsible for obtaining offers from suppliers & negotiating with them to get best prices. I prepare purchase order as per decision and keep records thereof and follow-up with the suppliers to get the material dispatched in time along with maintaining stores issue, receipt & storage. I was additionally responsible for arranging opening Letter of Credit/advance payment through Bank to foreign suppliers and see that documents are arrived at Bank and release the same from Bank after checking. To maintain all ISO related documents of Purchase & stores Department and attend internal/surveillance audit if ISO was my key area of responsibility as well. I was associated with this organization for more than 5 years and successfully handled all material related activities like Receipt, Issue, GRN preparation, Bill passing, Inventory valuation. I also involved my- self in the daily reporting of Inward receipts & Raw material stock statement and coordinated with user departments for incoming inspection & accounts for Cenvat & VAT. I oversaw day to day Indent processing including enquiry generation, comparative statement of quotations & Purchase order preparation.

I was responsible for maintaining Cash Book, Bank book & Ledger of sundry debtors & creditors, preparing Bank reconciliation statement, TDS records & issuing TDS certificates and yearly accounts finalization.

In 3 years of association with this organization, I gained exposure in the areas of conducting statutory/ internal/management audit of companies, computation of total income of individuals, partnership firms and companies and advance tax for assesses, filing of income tax returns and conducting tax audit of companies.
