In the middle 1980s, Mike Roman, Business Capabilities Architect and Founder of Manufacturing Practices, Inc. began his last manufacturing front office role when he assumed IT, Material Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Systems management responsibilities for a small family owned business. Along with those roles, he and other employees successfully deployed an ERP System for the organization. It was the most rewarding experience of Mike's professional career. As soon as he transitioned his responsibilities to a colleague, he left that organization and began working as a Business Capabilities Architect.
