Following assignments in marketing, refining, planning, and finance which commenced in 1976, my role following support activity for the merger of Exxon and Mobil turned to management of liaison activity involving the company's legislative, regulatory, and legal activities related to U.S. product marketing, refining and supply.Initiated the global legislative and regulatory liaison role by linking legislative, regulatory, and legal activity to ensure alignment of policies consistent with developing global marketing, refining and supply initiaives.Coordinated company emergency response activity during Katrina and Rita hurricanes working closely with company, retail marketers, and government officials including local, FEMA, and military support to ensure efficient and effective energy supply and logistics.
