Drafted a policy brief/report for Shri. Ninong Ering, Minister of Legislative Assembly (MLA) for the state of Arunachal Pradesh, India, on the following:- Mapping the economic impact of the pandemic in the North Eastern Region of India, which consists of 8 states, including Arunachal Pradesh.- State-wise evaluation of Social Protection programs available in the North Eastern Region during the pandemic, with recommendations to improve their composition, coverage and access. - Evaluation of the most important and severely affected sectors in Arunachal Pradesh — the Agricultural sector, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), and the Tourism sector, with recommendations to support their recovery.

1. Managed operations of a Policy Consultancy project for the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, to support sustainable housing under the Eco-cities India Program (supported by EU): - Designed evidence-based policies to support sustainable housing through Green Buildings (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, EDGE).- Facilitated building consensus on proposed policies through several consultations with officials from the National Government of India, and the State Governments of Karnataka and Maharashtra.- Developed policy briefs, presentations and infographics to support building consensus.- Developed project report —'Sustainable Housing in India: Prioritized Policy Touch Points’ — showcasing international and domestic case studies, stakeholder analysis, and the national financial and environmental cost-benefits from implementing the proposed policies. - Organized a high-level workshop on finalized policy proposals with government officials.- Organized a conference on Green Buildings with officials from national and state governments.2. Developed policy reports/project proposals on:- Enabling treatment and reuse of wastewater in a Circular system from decentralized private Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) in Bengaluru, India.- Improving funding for Disaster Management in India.- Factors affecting the development of Affordable Housing in India.- Case Law Analysis of Rent Control Act in Bengaluru & Mumbai.- Social Protection for construction workers in Karnataka, India.- Business models for decentralized basic services in slums — water, wastewater treatment & solid waste management. 3. Supported the development and outreach of architectural guidelines for COVID treatment facilities:- Helped develop architectural guidelines for COVID treatment facilities that can be set up in areas with limited resources such as small cities, towns and villages.- Organized a webinar to promote adoption of these guidelines by government officials.

Launched operations in a new city: - Part of the opening team that launched the operations in Abu Dhabi for Zomato, a startup that provides city-wide restaurant information online. - Executed a variety of operations as a team such as collecting data to update the website to suit market needs, and managing brand marketing activities. 2. Managed sales and client support: - Negotiated fair contracts with restaurateurs regarding advertising on Zomato, and learnt to be perceptive of a customer’s needs in the process. - Designed brand spaces and handled regular structural changes in the advertising model with ease to ensure maximum client satisfaction. - Advised restaurateurs on communication strategies to increase their brand presence on social media.- Supported clients with regular updates on the impact of their advertising campaigns, and incorporated feedback in their campaigns accordingly. 3. Facilitating growth: - Abu Dhabi grew to generate the 2nd highest revenue internationally for Zomato. - Revenue from my sales accounted for more than half of the city’s total revenue.
