Duties include:•Managing a caseload of over 100 customers who are seeking work and carrying out interviews to help them to identify realistic job goals and the steps required to overcome barriers to them finding work •Identifying the customer’s needs and barriers of finding employment by listening, empathizing and providing them with a solution to help them achieve their objectives •Lead a team of staff who conduct discussions with customers to review their efforts to find work, answer enquiries, give advice and check customer information. Duties included:•Ensuring bid requests for Hewlett Packard are submitted from sales in the correct format required and are correct and that returned bids are distributed effectively•Negotiating with manufacturers and suppliers such as C2000, Avnet Technology Solutions, Ingram Micro, regarding quotations to win business for Insight and to maximize ROI•Buying and ordering goods for customers via Minimum and Max, and working with Inventory Management to ensure that at the month end, all goods have been ordered and processed on time so that these can be shipped within the given time frame and to control the flow of the stock•Liaising with Insight’s suppliers on a daily basis to ensure that quotes for bids were produced on time and in line with the SLA’s•Assisting the sales force, to produce accurate quotations and to ensure that the sales force are fully aware of the terms and conditions of each bid.
