Resolve Mediation is a small, Reading-based charity which provides a community mediation service for people in Berkshire and Oxfordshire covering all types of neighbour disputes, workplace disputes, and also family disputes that may lead to the young person becoming homeless. Resolve provides training in mediation skills to a range of people, including students at schools and universities.

During my time at sixth form I had been given several responsibilities such as being a prefect; in this position, I implemented the school’s code of conduct to ensure that high standards of behaviour were always maintained.
