Throughout my career, I have explored and continued to refine the use of data and intelligence to underpin strategy, policy and practice. I have professional experience across various sectors: housing, economic development, economic forecasting and modelling, enterprise/business, education/skills, health and crime. I specialise in data analysis utilising software (Power Query, Power BI, NVivo, DAX, R and R Studio) and visual dashboards/reports using mapping and data imaging to tell actionable stories with valuable insight at a Strategic Board level. Additionally, I am a passionate advocate for evidence-based decision-making, ensuring data/research is accessible and using insights from data to improve services/lives thus creating a positive impact.
