▶️Responsible for leading Zscaler sales plan configuration, including re-configurations on Xactly, implementation UAT, and documentation▶️Act as a liaison with internal groups and third parties for integration and testing associated with changes to systems and commission plans.▶️Performed administrative operations, including employee set up, access management, hierarchy, named relationship management, booking uploads, and advances/draw payments.▶️Assisting in the administration and payment of global compensation plans for 1500+ Sales Reps on a monthly and quarterly basis.▶️Setting up EDoc templates, roll out plan documents, and release goal letters, including approval tracking▶️Performing various reconciliations and validations of the sales rep bookings and sales crediting data between SFDC, ERP(NetSuite) system, and the commissions system(Xactly).▶️Single handedly working with the Finance and Payroll teams to process commission payments on time and accurately each month including performance of internal Controls(SOx).▶️Assist in resolving commissions-related inquiries from the Sales team in a timely and customer-centric fashion.

▶️Execution of Field Sales quarterly and annual quota setting process.▶️Collaborate with Sales Management and Sales Operations in establishing quotas based on approved guidelines, territory alignments and compensation plan components/roles.▶️Support field management and plan participants in resolving compensation queries and disputes, explaining complex commission calculations, Compensation Plan T&Cs, and Xactly Commission Tool training.▶️Participate in the development, testing and implementation of Sales Compensation plan changes and enhancements in Xactly Incent

▶️Handling the documentation related to the new and existing clients of four regions. ▶️Efficiently monitoring system owners to support key sales performance and also coordinating with sales team.

▶️Dealing with end users to resolve queries on timely basis. ▶️Follow up with the backend processes.
