- Responsible for developing the product vision for multiple core online comparison products on quotezone.co.uk (car, home, van, bike, pet, travel & breakdown insurance) in line with business strategy, helping to drive the product management for the company.- Championing these products by developing & influencing business proposals for continued investment and growth into the products & new features by identifying new opportunities.- Creating & developing innovative roadmaps to illustrate the vision by working closely with key business partners & stakeholders to collaboratively develop new products, end-to-end solutions & user journeys to help develop strong business relationships.- Creating user stories for current & future products by researching market demands, competitors & refining requirements by collaborating daily with the development team on an agile basis to ensure continuous delivery.- Grooming the product backlog & prioritising to ensure on time delivery via strong knowledge of dev principles & architecture.- Mentoring & coaching junior team members to share knowledge & help lead the core product function working alongside Customer Success & Marketing teams.- Utilising data analytics & AB testing to identify opportunities to optimise & shape product UX/UI for desktop & mobile users.

- Adding to the product vision by delivering new end-to-end products & user journeys whilst developing new roadmap milestones alongside senior management & key business partners to optimise existing products & journeys.- Project managing product updates from concept, market research & requirements gathering, through to delivery, testing, post live & continuous enhancement.- Data analysis to maximise web traffic via journey optimisation by researching & implementing new product features, working closely with our development team via agile principles, ensuring new features/product enhancements are delivered each sprint.- Account management with some of our largest key partner accounts to develop strong collaborative business relationships & to help shape new product growth ideas & opportunities.- Business development & commercial negotiation to onboard new clients & grow the product offering.- Training & onboarding new team members.- Representing the company at client meetings & industry events such as BIBA Manchester and Broker Expo Coventry.
