Launching a neighborhood business at the age of 11, coding for a defense contractor on missile and satellite systems in college, and early victories in front of a jury in my legal career helped shape my unique perspective. I am a trusted partner who my clients and board colleagues can approach with ease no matter how difficult the problem. I have served as outside yet trusted “in-house” counsel for companies, including via secondment at a Fortune 500 technology company leading several departments.The most challenging and rewarding work in my legal career has been representing my pro bono clients. My first pro bono client was a Mexican transgender immigrant with HIV who was seeking asylum. I was able to help her obtain a favorable outcome and and was recognized by the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.I am dedicated to serving and investing in the local and larger community, and modeling service-oriented civic participation for my children.
