I plan out my long term goals and strive to achieve them; well-focused and result-driven.I started my career in the banking sector and gradually gained my experience in talent management and technical recruitment for IT Sector.At the moment, I cater to the needs of an I.T firm. My job description focuses on the recruitment of technical personnel for the company.I also have a sound experience in the workings of the global oil and gas sector; a diversified experience industry wise. This has led me to have a flexible and adaptable vision of how the global recruitment industry works. Pioneer to the TNA program at work; I have also played an active role in organizing international training for specifically the oil and gas sector and hiring senior personnel as per the requirement.
