• Overall project Management of Structural Hull, Outfitting, Piping/Mechanical, Accommodation and Electrical for new build Lift boat from yard engineering department side.• Establishment and responsibility for project communications with client, sub-contractors.

In charge of hull, outfit, piping, accommodation designs of new building in the yard and performed the following duties:• Developed various basic design drawings like Draught marks, Hull markings, Access and ladder arrangement, Safety plans, etc and obtained their approval from Class/Owners.• Check and reviewing design drawings and production drawings for production activities.• Plate Nesting and generating CNC programs for hull, piping, outfit production such as structural block parts with weight estimation, flanges as per standard, equipments foundations by using OmniWin CAD-nest software.• Assessed the technical requirements and developed purchase technical specifications of various deck side systems, equipments and machineries.• Piping arrangement, Iso, spool drawings reviewing with P&ID for production activities.• Preparing as-fitted/built drawings with calculations according to site modification and obtained approval from class/surveyor.• Preparing bill of material for piping systems based on P&ID and releasing to purchase department for material procurement.• Preparing duct arrangement drawings for ventilation systems as per the modifications done on site.• Preparing electrical cable ladder/tray routing arrangements as per the modifications done on site. • Provided Technical assistance during fabrication, installation & commissioning and Tests/ Sea Trials. • Preparing and maintaining Project Schedule, Material status monitor, Drawing status monitor, class comments status monitoring and to circulate every week to senior management.• Co-ordinate with production department at the time of survey to ensure the completed works are meeting the class/regulatory body requirements..• Supervising Hull Structural Fabrications and weight estimation.
