Key Responsibilities:·        Handling distributer primary and secondary sales.·        Responsible for Value and Volume growth in assigned area.  ·        Identifying new opportunity outlets to increase the business. ·        Placing new launch product in all the elite outlets.·        Proper communicating all the schemas to the retailers.·        Support and guiding to the Retailers, distributers & DSOs (Distributer sales officer) for achieve their targets. ·        Meeting assigned secondary sales target.·        Healthy inventory maintenance to ensure Demand supply. ·        Frequently experimenting with new ideas to improve market penetration.·        Analyse the current market trend and movement of style range.·        Train and coordinate with DSOs (Distributer sales officer) regarding movement of all style ranges so that they will be able to demonstrate the same to retailers.·        Market visibility - Space Identification, POP installation, Upkeep of Brand Display.
