Define process flows, and identify equipment, planning and development of new equipment meeting safety, ergonomics, productivity and quality standards.• Responsible for capital project planning and execution from RFQ preparation, Technical Scope finalization,Techno-commercial comparison, Design Approval, Installation and commissioning.• Develop and maintain a accurate project plan with defined target dates, costs, budgets and quality requirements. Align, lead and manage all the resources within the organization including all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Anticipate risks and develop countermeasure plans to arrest them.• Leading Cross functional teams for Line improvements, 5S, 3P KAIZEN, Value Stream mapping of plant,• IATF 16949, Digitization , PFD, PFMEA, CP.- Executed Projects Like, THU Hub Assembly Lines-3.5Crs, Knuckle Sub Lines-1.5Crs., Freight Cum Passenger Lift-1.5Crs, Zero Gravity Air Balancer for Pinion Shaft Handling-2.2Crs, DC tools and Transduerized Tools-5.3Crs, Scissor Lifts-80Lakhs, Power and Free Conveyor-3.5Crs, Press Machines-2.4Crs, Compressed Refrigerated Air Dryer, Industrial Washing Machines to achieve required Millipore Value-3Crs, ASRS-5Crs etc With all Necessary Quality, Safety parameters within timeline.
