• As part of the C&SU team to perform de-preservation and dynamic commissioning within the GAS and SULPHUR plant units.• Develop and implement OTPs (Operational Test Procedures), system definition and test scope, mark up P&ID’s for sub-systems tests, participate on risk assessment, Produce method statement for specific plant preparation and re-commissioning of units.• Organize process system related tests for logic and functional tests, valves stroke test, certification, ESD functional signal test.• Follow up with any CM/PM pending punch item to be cleared before start up.• Complete PSSC unit’s certificates with the hand over all evidence to SU planners and update upon progress.• Contributing with providing evidence to declare system/sub-systems SOF (Statement of Fitness) as ready for startup.• Supporting the operations and Maintenance Coordinator to complete punch list items.• Supporting the test pack related to plant changes made to correct issues found during initial start-up.• Complete remaining commissioning for the Onshore processing facility.• Review and update start up procedures and including the first start up lesson learned.• Control room operations adviser for safe re start of the equipment in the sulfur plant, tail gas units.

OJT support, supporting the Qatarization program.To issue PTW's/Work packs preparation, ensuring that all equipments and areas are safe from all hazards before commencing the activities.To prepare blind lists and process mechanical isolation certificates for equipment hand over to maintenance.Manage red blinds, ensuring the positive isolation between the existing and the new plant and maintaining the status of plant battery limits.Responsible for the follow up of degreasing, chemical washing, chemical loading, mechanical test run for equipment and systems inerting.To conduct safety audits in electrical substations as appointed electrical person for low voltage equipments.Swapping between senior and panel operator. As a panel man, oversee the plant through Emerson Delta V DCS.As DCS panel man, ensure that all BPO's (bypass override) are carefully logged and handover to the next shift.Assist the Process Engineer during plant optimization and load test run.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:• OJT to entry level operators and doing follow up on their training program.• To issue PTW’s and hand over equipments to maintenance.• To follow up air blowing, steam blowing, hydro testing, pneumatic testing, water flushing, punch listing of the system and piping, dry out activities, working hand to hand with the contractor commissioning supervisor for the safe performance of the day to day activities.• To electrically do isolation/de-isolation of low and high voltage equipments.• During the up grader debottlenecking project and main planned shutdown, responsible for the correct follow up of the red blind status updating and control of SRU and HMU trains.• To perform start up and shut down procedure red lining when applicable.• Operational procedure drafting and reviews.• To conduct daily TBT for field operators on specific activity to be executed during the day.• Appointed person to SAP notification generation.• As SRU DCS operator, responsible for maintaining the production goals as well as the running plant conditions, shut down and start up execution when required.• After the debottlenecking project I was given special assignment with the PMT team to support the new amine project Ti-ins, passing all the necessary information on existing lines and P&ID revisions’ as build to PMT team.
