Responsible for maintaining and tracking all personnel and police officers assigned to Operations. This includes tracking FMLA, sign-in sheets, collaborating with PSBO and HR; tracking: promotions, separations, sick usage, rosters etc.; maintain all personnel files for the Operations division of the Police Department. Coordinate and track annual shift bid process to include sending out bid notification sheets, follow FOP4 process of determining who gets to bid and when; receive officers completed bid sheets and assist with determining the number of officers needed for each shift and relief factor etc, then make new roster for the year.

Operate radio, computer, telecommunications and related equipment. Send department personnel via radio, computer or telephone. Maintain, enter information queries into local, regional and national computer databases. Use department computer aided dispatch software and records management system software to input data which facilitates the dispatching and recording of law enforcement and other operational tasks.

Managed on duty employees, resolved customer conflicts by providing solutions to keep them satisfied, hired new employees, completed bi-weekly payroll, developed marketing material to acquire new customers and performed other administrative tasks.

Balanced a cash drawer daily and performed customer banking transactions. Identifed cross sell and referral opportunities for products and services to clients.
