Safety and Security• Ensure Safety Protocols: Monitor workplace safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.• Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies, such as accidents or security breaches.

- Ensure compliance with general and specific post orders for assigned Specialist’s positions- Manage and coordinate all security operations and programs in assigned area- Partner with client location representatives to ensure proper utilization and execution of security programs- Respond with urgency to emergent events, issues, staffing deficiencies and client requests- Initiate preliminary investigations and write incident reports on all internal personnel issues- Partner with corporate security team members during event security details- Maintain up to date and accurate timekeeping systems and records- Ensure personnel are provided with necessary equipment and equipment is accounted for and maintained.- Distribute uniforms and equipment to personnel as necessary and maintain diligent records of uniforms and equipment inventory- Complete proper personnel documentation/paperwork and processing as circumstances dictate- Provide leadership and guidance to staff. Serve as mentor/coach to all Security employees.- Provide timely, appropriate feedback to staff on performance, both positive and corrective.- Train staff in site-specific security requirements and company protocol

Observes and reports activities at client's site assigned by security contract service. Supplies security and safety for client's property and personnel. Controls access to site by ensuring proper identification of employees or visitors and prepares security logs. Assists visitors with legitimate need to gain entry to facility. Monitors entrances and exits to facility, either at guard station, or by closed-circuit television, and acts to prevent unapproved or unlawful entry. Makes periodic walking tours of buildings and grounds to check doors, windows, and other entries to ensure they are properly secured. Reports any observed irregularities, such as presence of unauthorized people, fire hazards, leaking pipes, unsecured entries, and faulty equipment. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors and premises. Investigates disturbances, and in the event of emergency, maintains order and safety of personnel; serves as liaison with emergency response units. Sounds alarm and/or calls police, fire, or emergency personnel by telephone in case of fire, difficulty with unauthorized people, or medical emergencies.

Supervises and aids with planning, directing, and coordinating activities of customer service workers engaged in ensuring customer satisfaction through processing orders and coordination with other departments or functions as required. Advises workers on investigating complaints or concerns, such as those concerning rates or service in connection with any product or service offered. Reviews reports of findings and recommends response to customer issues, considering nature and complexity of issues, requirements, and actions of subordinates to ensure settlements are made correctly and satisfactorily. Maintains equipment level and type sufficient to accomplish objectives. Authorizes retention of data and preparation of documents for use during governmental or customer inquiries. Ensures compliance with established customer service policies and procedures.
