Working as Financial Analyst with experience in Mfg processes, Distribution and Freight & Duty analysis.Experience:-Budget, Forecast and Month End Close.-Reporting-SAP

Activities: Review BOMs/Routers: Compare Engineering BOMs/Routers against the set up on ERP Oracle system before rollup the cost, ensuring correct information.  Rollup cost for NPI: Update the frozen cost for new products in the Oracle system  Costing Reports: Download and provide detailed cost information for specific products as needed. Manufacturing Variances Report: Prepare and analyze material variations report, identifying principal accounts such as Scrap, PPV, etc. Cycle Count: Audit cycle count for FG and Raw Material on warehouse, as well as the material on the production floor according to the company policies.

Activities: Plant annual budget activities such as: Depreciation calculation, analysis of production volume, capacity charts review, overhead absorption analysis by cost center and technology. Forecast by quarter and full year: Analysis of production volume, variances between prior forecasts, overhead absorption analysis by cost center. Capital projects administration and depreciation forecasting Monthly Metrics: Production supplies consumables by area and engineering cross charges from corporate. Weekly Metrics: Overhead absorption analysis by cost center; direct labor report with the expense and headcount by cost center; production supplies consumables by area; Scrap analysis by cost center and division; variances between actuals, budget and forecast. Month End Activities: P&L account analysis, indirect labor splits by cost center, other period cost analysis, depreciation calculation, revision of accrued expenses Other activities such as 5’s audit in manufacturing areas, journal entries, reclass between accounts.

 Cycle-count, labeling and identification of fixed assets; prepare reports for the finance manager. 5’s audit in manufacturing areas.

 General accounting of individual costumers. Tax calculations such as: ISR, IVA, IETU. Journal entries on Contpaq software.
