Network Rollout including swapping activities in the 3G network (DUW Baseband) to Ericsson BB5216 for network expansion/modernization and new LTE nodes with integration of BB6630 & BB5216 as well as the transport network implementing new Ericsson Mini-Link microwave 6000 series such as Mini-Link 6691/6692 and old ML TN2P, ML TN6P, ML TN20P under config. 1+0, 2+0 XPIC, 4+0 XPIC and 2+2 SD. Into ML activities SBL Upgrade was performed. RBS 6101 & 6102 used as outdoor solutions. Responsible of activities related with the project execution including logistic, installations supervision, traffic migration, troubleshooting and microwave links certifications applying Y1564 test to complete final acceptance protocol and customer deliver. Experience using Ericsson Smart Laptop tool for RAN nodes integrations.

Responsible of coordination and implementation of the Pre-MAKO Project, Digicel St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Face-to-face contact between Digicel and Ericsson as technical solution provider. In charge of all activities related with the project execution including logistic, installation and troubleshooting. Responsible for the development, coordination and supervision of the activities performed on sites by the crews including execution of Site Survey activities in order to perform new equipment implementation viability (Microwave Mini-Link Ericsson as ML TN2P, TN6P, TN20P and RBS 6101 & 6102 as outdoor solution). Installation, configuration, performing technical tests that include: BER Test, RF test and initial tuning for the new equipments installed.

First line technical support service by remote or on-site mode to new and existing customer´s microwave links networks, included tasks as planning, design and troubleshooting in order to stabilize and optimize customer´s networks. Configure and integrate different network elements on new and live customer´s networks. Support Engineer typically interacts with customer’s O&M staff and operation managers.

Assure implementations are done in accordance with Ericsson procedures, local laws, regulations and customer’s directives. Elaboration of progress reports and plans, issues and solutions related to the network rollout projects. Acting on solving technical matters related to Hw/Sw issues.
