Manuel Nuñez Fernandez has focused his entire professional career in the banking industry where he has more than 20 years of experience. He began his banking career in 1995 with Caja Madrid (Madrid, Spain).Mr. Nuñez developed his international banking management experience throughout Spain, Cuba, USA and Latin Americas (Latam) where he managed corporate banking and project finance portfolios, correspondent banking, trade finance, international financial institutions and investment banking.He served as a Board member of different organizations such as banks, financial institutions, chambers of commerce and educational organizations. As an independent consultant, Mr. Nuñez has advise international clients on corporate transactions (M&A, Financial and Capital structuring) mainly in Latam. He has been contracted with different organizations, such as capital and advisory firms, throughout the United States and Europe. Mr. Núñez is currently the Managing Director of VIMA USA LTD and Deputy General Manager of the VIMA GROUP, a food company with operations in Central America and Caribe areas. He also serves as a Board Member at Brickell Bank in MiamiMr. Nuñez holds a law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
