I manage psychometric platforms and conduct 360° assessments, collaborating with international consulting firms to co-create and design success profiles.I participate in the design of indicators and data analysis related to readiness, attrition risk, and the impact of talent loss. I am also involved in internal mobility projects and the ranking process to fulfill career plans at branches nationwide.
