• Provide daily cash position reports for the Treasurer to ensure CBRE has a sufficient funds to cover outgoing wire payments.• Manage Money Market Investments when excess cash is available.• Provide support for Accounting to confirm transactions are accurately reported.• Work on backend processes within our Treasury Management System to evaluate if transactions are mapping properly, general ledger coding is correct, and BAI files are uploading properly.• Assist the Treasury Manager with various miscellaneous projects such as merchant cost analysis, producing new bank transaction mapping rules, etc.• Respond to treasury related accounting and audit inquiries.
