- Multifaceted position where my team and I oversaw managing large sets of data through reports provided by our client partner, analyze, sort, and clean up data and ensure any errors are corrected. Also responsible for ensuring proper processing of payment transactions through back end of order management software and ensure payment is collected manually for failed Transactions. Provide IT support to client retail stores for Ship from Store software support to ensure timely processing of shipments. Manage, document, and record customer data through Salesforce, as well as manage high level sensitive reports.
