You can call me Manu or Manux. I currently work at Itaú as a UX Researcher, where I'm responsible for the research within the self-employed payers community. My passion goes beyond my daily work, I believe that knowledge is the key to success and I'm dedicated to inspiring and assisting young people in their professional and academic journeys.I created Manux, a project aimed at helping young people's employability through technology and UX. Additionally, I give lectures, classes, provide mentorship, and create content that addresses employability, education, Gen Z, and other topics.In 2023, I was honored to be recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice Next Gen for my work in the career and job market for the new generations. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to join the first cohort of the Google Black Creators Program in Brazil.And I'm passionate about pompom earrings, I have them in many colors.
