Manage the execution of clinical studies per Contract, from initiation through to closeout. Ensure that clinical studies are conducted in accordance with the protocol, standardoperating procedures, good clinical practice, and applicable regulatory requirements. Ensure that project deliverables are completed, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget and in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.Establish appropriate clinical tools and processes for the study team to support the execution of clinical deliverable and study timelines.Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestone achievement and to manager study issues.Provide ongoing training and support the clinical team. Establish study tools and training materials. Conduct team meetings and ensure regular communication.Develop project plans: risk management plan, monitoring plan, quality plan, communication plan etc. Identify quality issues and implement appropriate corrective action plans. Escalate findings and action plans to appropriate parties.Manage project budgetEstablish customer service relationship with applicable client representative(s) as appropriate.
