As an Agile PM at NEWS UK, I directed cross-functional teams of analytic engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers responsible for THE SUN app personalisation , orchestrating sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups to foster efficient collaboration and achieve project goals. I championed the development and optimization of multiple dashboards and visual management tools, enhancing tracking and transparency for stakeholders while streamlining the process of generating high-level reports. Additionally, I implemented robust processes and communication plans, conducted thorough analysis to identify and address pitfalls, and initiated strategic reconstruction efforts, resulting in smoother coordination, enhanced transparency, and reduced errors and delays, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of milestones and objectives.As a Project Coordinator I enhanced team visibility and alignment by implementing bi-weekly stakeholder meetings, fostering collaboration in identifying and prioritizing priority tasks, driving urgency, and fostering accountability through essential attendance. As a proactive leader within our PMO, I initiated and led a stakeholder-driven initiative to establish a new tech team from scratch, overseeing all aspects of setup, project management, and communication optimization to ensure efficient time management and work prioritization.
