I am a geneticist dedicated to the investigation of human pathogenic genomic variation, that contribute to human traits and disease, and produce phenotypic variation. I focus on the investigation of rare disorders and Mendelian phenotypes through the application of Next Generation Sequencing for novel gene discovery and diagnostics, and of cell biology for functional validation.
