• Leading the Management information and Reporting function including budget/forecasting, working capital, Group finance reporting, fixed assets maintenance, and ad hoc requests. • In charge of special projects within the department. Details include; Key Processtesting, implementing new reporting tools and assisting the team with the set up andusage of the management reporting (Adaptive Planning, SAP FC).• Managing the production of business performance information from across theorganisation and the generation of regular reports and the monthly performance pack.

• Within the RSR Global Support finance team, ensured the correct implementation of SAP as part of the GLOBE project to upgrade the group-wide Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP). https://informa.com/project-globe/.• Responsible of the data migration, validation, system testing and post go live support for all SAP applications used by the team during the transition to Globe. Follow up of requests and incidents.• Review and analysis to identify the need of improvement of the SAP procedures and reporting tools.• Budgeting, forecasting and modelling of direct cost base and divisional recharges.• Preparation, reconciliation and analysis of the monthly management reports.

• Directed and supported delivery of operational, financial and accounting processes to ensure the completion of multi-site EPC projects across the region.• Wide-ranging responsibilities included monthly closing accounting, fiscal compliance, treasury management and IFRS financial consolidation reporting. • Effectively delivered monthly management reporting as well as relaying strength and weakness analysis to Corporate Chief Financial Officer and Divisional Directors.• Co-ordinated with external auditors for all four countries. Liaised between local banks and Corporate Finance Dpt.• Trained, motivated and managed several financial teams across the region to ensure accurate accounting and to consistently meet deadlines. Monthly performance assessment of the financial team in each country.Main projects:• 400/220 kv power transmission line Fayah-Shamkha, UAE (€22m). Sept 15 to Sept 16Construction, procurement and commissioning of a 23km power transmission line.• Samad and Sinaw electric substations in Oman (€50m). Sept 15 to Sept 16Construction, supply, assembly and commissioning of 2 substations 132/33 kv • EPC high voltage lines in different areas of Kuwait (€24m). Sept 14 to Sept 16.Design, supply, construction, testing and commissioning of 2 high power transmission lines.

• I effectively hired, trained and motivated a financial team to ensure the financial viability of the project while coordinating the subsidiary implementation and compliance with local regulations.• Appointed as the Financial Representative of the company in the Saudi Spanish Consortium Financial Committee, whose actions resulted in considerable improvements for the project taxation and financial profitability.• Designed and carried out the monthly end accounting processes, including accruals and prepayments. Streamlined all processes through simplification and automation, which significantly increased the staff efficiency. • Managed the preparation and audit of year-end statutory accounts. • Responsible for ensuring the internal controls are implemented to comply with evolving corporate financial policies and Sarbanes Oxley requirements, inclusive of annual testing, issue resolution and reporting.Main projects:• Mecca-Medina Haramain High Speed Train in Saudi Arabi. (€155m).Design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical substations, auto transformation centres and catenary within the Phase 2 of the 450-km high speed train line joining the cities of Mecca and Medina. Client: Saudi Railways Organization. Project executed by a Consortium of 14 companies, total value of the project €6.7bn. Considered the most important project of Inabensa group.

• Directly responsible for key management reporting of foreign subsidiaries, such as strategic plans, forecasts of cash flows and annual budgets as well as detailing risks and opportunities. • Preparation of quarterly IFRS subsidiaries consolidation reporting. Intercompany balance reconciliations.• Researched, analysed and interpreted changing tax legislation overseas. Supported the CFO with the compliance of tax returns and preparation of the annual company accounts.• Monthly reviewed foreign subsidiaries balance sheets and profit & loss accounts to detect possible deviations. • Ensured compliance with corporate implementation of SOX, development of accounting policies and in-situ internal controls in the subsidiaries. Main projects:• New subsidiary incorporation in TEDA (Tianjin Economic-Technological Develop.Area), China. New 2000 m2 workshop to manufacture electric and electronic board.• EPC of 16 MW Hydroelec. Station construction in Guapi, Colombia (€46m). June 07 to May 10. • EPC project of 1,300 km of 230 kV overhead transmission lines for the electric interconnection system for the countries of Central America (Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panamá and Nicaragua SIEPAC project) (€89m). July 07 to Dec 11. • EPC project of 99 km of 400 kV overhead transmission line in Serbia for EMS/European Agency for Reconstruction (€20m). May 10 to Jul 11.

• Liaised between Xerox Concessionaires and Corporate Sales Department in Dublin to support growth and minimize Accounts Receivable Delinquency. • Ensured current debt remained at target. Effectively managed the Accounts Receivables Ledger, whilst maximizing collections, and helping to guarantee customer satisfaction. • Collaborated with European country managers, controllers, and monitored and resolved volatile financial situations minimizing business risk for Xerox.While working in Xerox, I gained experience with the following computer systems: Oracle, FileNET, and BOXI Crystal reports.

• Controlled an extensive/large portfolio of clients from different sectors. Also, I provided support to company partners by managing daily accounting tasks and preparing all tax papers on a regular basis. • Liaised with tax officers on behalf of clients. Assisted the company partners on daily basis client tax advisory.• Proficient in accounting software NCS and Contaplus (SAGE)
