Learning to identify many personality types and quick ability to adapt to all situations allowed me to heighten my regular-patrons and new patrons experience. Team work between bar-backs, door staff, owners, other bar staff, and performers was an essential in maintaining a healthy environment for all. During my time At SideTrack I maintained my end of night sales in the top 5 according to one of the managers David Roberts. Throughout my ten year at SideTrack no job was to big or to small. I started as part of the doors-staff, shifted to barback, and from barback to bartender in just 2 years. At the end of evenings responsible for restocking hard liquor, counting our drawer, and balancing bank.
