With a solid background in healthcare spanning over 15 years, Michelle received her CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification from Spoon River Home Health (2004) where she learned how to be compassionate and put others' needs above her own. She also attended ICC (Illinois Central College) where she received an Associates Degree in Drug and Alcohol Training and certification in 2009. She then became a Behavioral Health Specialist, giving her the ability to better understand, empathize, and work through individuals’ circumstances–key differentials to what makes her such a special real estate advocate. She has refined active listening skills and patience, allowing her to gain an in-depth understanding of her clients’ needs and explore multiple options before settling on the best solution.
