About Manuel Rivera

I am a talented information technology student with an interest in Computer Science, I've been a part of IBM's Watson Internship Program, provided by Southern Connecticut State University. I found the internship to have been most effective in teaching me critical workforce skills, in particular the gathering and presentation of large amounts of data that companies can use to leverage their competitive advantage. I currently hold an Associate Degree in Computer Support. This summer I will take one summer course to receive my second associate degree in Computer Networking. In the meantime I'm finishing my Bachelors Degree this spring with a B.A in General Studies with a business theme and a minor in Computer Science.I am very passionate about my current job at Costco. When I’m not on the job, I love hiking with my friend, finding recipes online to recreate and add to the family cookbook, and immersing myself and my love for travel and photography.
