In my current project: - Responsible for the final quality inspection of metal and armored doors; - I provide services in the visual inspection of kits for mounting vehicle locks; - Inspection of receipt of products; - Registration and control of the release of finished products; - Constant use of measuring instruments; - Responsible for recording and controlling non-conformities; - Reading and interpretation of technical drawing for parts dimensioning. The main challenges in the company were to find disconnections in the processes through analysis of processes that do not formally exist, which generated rework and lack of traceability in the non-conformities found, allowing the creation of a historical basis for analysis and the organization of work processes of computerized form with registration in programs like Trello and no longer in paper, reducing the consumption of the same and making the information accessible. We were able to implement the process management culture, which resulted in agile procedures with a low rate of rework, thus allowing greater assertiveness for the company's strategic management. With the implementation of the “Trello” tool in the work processes, there was a significant improvement in communication between employees. The creation of indicators for the departments allowed the construction of goals and measurement of results, which did not exist until then, providing engagement and feasible results.
