Updates administrative records for Field Service (addresses,phone numbers).- Communicate issues with customers and personnel regardingthe scheduling of service repair work.- Handle the billing and authorizations.- Work in the EVV system and maintain file compliance.- Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering andensuring parts are available when needed.- Responsible for the life cycle of service order (creates, edits,completes and invoice service orders).- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeatbusiness.- Monitoring assigned service calls.- Following up on calls to resolution.

Execute plan given by PPC on shop floor.· Look after the manpower management, Machine condition and Availability of material.· Continuous monitoring of weak areas (bottleneck) for the improvement of Productivity & zero rejection.· Checking 5S activity on daily basis.· Attain the daily production meeting & facing the internal complaints.· Taking action on losses by involving operators & doing kaizens.· Review of shift production, losses & updating in the logbook.· Operators output Analysis, rejection Analysis.· Sampling inspection at the beginning of the shift.· Planning of tools & materials according to the requirement.· Coordination with Tool Engg. & Maintenance for smooth flow of production for Quantity & Quality.· Periodic inspection of gauges in co-ordination with Quality department.· Monitoring & doing internal Process Audit so as to improve the quality of product.· Monitoring hourly production quantity.

· Responsible for one complete shift output.· Responsible for one shift production within the quality standards.· Responsible for maximum delivery of packed material as per the plan.· Implementing 5S, kaizen activities on channel.· Participating and raising points in manufacturing excellence meetings.· Handling man power as per shift.

· Quality check for incoming material as per the quality plan.· Informing and holding the material lot if found any defect.· Analysis & Raising Problem sheets.· Discussing the whole shift details with the seniors and suppliers for betterment.
