Finishing my role as Applift's CEO involved a strategy shift, restructuring the company and running an M&A process to sell the company. During May 2019, we successfully sold Applift & Pubnative to Media and Games Invest Plc. (MGI)During my time with MGI I led the acquisition of Verve Wireless and came up with the strategy to merge Applift, Pubnative and Verve into a single company.

Inneractive is a global programmatic ad stack for mobile publishers focusing on video, hyper-local and in-app search advertising.Inneractive is a transparent SSP and yield optimization platform adopted by new media publishers and used by top DSPs, and premium networks.In addition, Inneractive operates Inneractive360, its own in-house ad-network aimed to provide organic campaigns to Inneractive's brand publishers in key GEOs.Pivoted to SSP in 2010, Inneractive headquarters are in Tel Aviv and the company operates in Silicon Valley, New York and London with offices soon to open in Singapore and Mumbai. The company has over 60 employees, and rapidly growing.

I Was responsible for all media acquisitions activity of the company, managing the advertising budget while focusing increasing the amount of new clients who join the site at a specific target CPA.My job was to manage a team of 8 people, constructed of 6 media buyers and 2 traffickers.
