Oversight of outreach classes both concurrent and traditional in a 14 county service region, reporting directly to the Vice President of Student Affairs. Position includes the administrative duties and processes of both the academic and student affairs divisions. Academic roles include instructor evaluations, transcript evaluations, hiring of faculty, adjunct faculty and staff contracts, course evaluation, course creation, program development, enrollment management, instructional technology, regional accrediting guidelines, community engagement, training/in-service development and facilitation, SIS and LMS administration, data collection and dissemination, management of a $400,000+ operational budget, and providing support and leadership to approximately 70 adjunct faculty and 20 off-site coordinators. Student affairs duties include presenting at area schools, program marketing, out of state recruitment, and academic advising of over 300 students.
