His work was held up across the country as a benchmark and he helped coach other market leaders on how to replicate his management process. In addition to being a very effective P&L manager, Mack is also a very strong sales leader. He has exceptional relationships with the consultant and broker community that allowed him to drive our business forward during a very challenging period. He enjoyed a great relationship with his underwriting partners and our organization made several key investment decisions in his market based on strategies that he created.
